Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Private) Limited Manager Customer Service Operations, Vanathi Wilson and Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Private) Limited Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shankar Bali opening the new Hutch Shop in Kurunegala.

Hutch, opened its first Hutch Shop in Kurunegala. Located on the Kandy road, the Hutch shop is within close proximity to the town.

The first Hutch Shop was opened by Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Private) Limited. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shankar Bali. The opening was attended by top retailers in the area.

The newly launched Hutch Shop, the ‘face’ of the telco, is the first to be launched this year, with the next two Hutch Shops to be opened in Embilipitiya and Ambalantota.

Bali said, ‘Hutch Shops are fantastic points of interaction for us with our customers.

We constantly work on making our service offerings better, making our customer experience one they are satisfied with.

The Hutch Shop is yet another initiative under this scheme to constantly improve.’

‘The opening of the Hutch Shop will really support us in our business and be of great benefit to customers as well.

We are really grateful to Hutch for having taking this initiative,’ said Ravindra Jagath Dissanayake, a Hutch Dealer from Kurunegala.
